Ed Westwick celebrated his 21st birthday on Friday at Tao in Las Vegas. The Gossip Girl star didn't have any of his castmates there to celebrate with him, but he was still in a great mood as evidenced by his Zoolander face.

Penn Badgley, Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford (plus Leighton Meester) are filming Gossip Girl in the Hamptons. The actors took some time out of their busy day of showing off some skin and wearing ridiculously short shorts to chat up their fans.

Today the Teen Choice Awards announced that Miley Cyrus will be hosting the 10th annual awards show this year. The Disney starlet has racked up 4 nominations herself for both television and music.
