Bright, bold and sassy was the theme of the night for the ladies on the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet, but unlike those casual (though cute) boys they got a little dressy for the occasion. Lauren Conrad was in blue from head to toe on the way out of a friend's house in Beverly Hills yesterday. We caught a little of The Hills star's Fourth of July fun with her girls in Malibu, but apparently it wasn't all waterslides and bikinis.

It was a beautiful Sunday in LA where lots of familiar faces came out for the A Time For Heroes Celebrity Carnival to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Among the all-stars out for the great event were adorable (and tiny!) new parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden along with Courteney Cox and ever-quirky David Arquette. Mischa looked every bit the flower child in her butterfly wings while all the ladies (and ugh Heidi and Spencer) of The Hills happily posed for the cameras.

The lovely ladies put on their hot high heels to walk the golden carpet at last night's MTV Movie Awards. Like last year, the biggest trend of the evening was to keep things short and sweet in a mini-dress. Lindsay Lohan picked purple while SJP went basic in black.

Oh Audrina Patridge. Enjoy your fifteen minutes because unless you become nefarious like Heidi and Spencer, you're probably not long for this world. And by "this world" I mean being gossip-worthy.

Lauren Conrad had her hands full with her coffee, suitcase, and more as she headed back to her villa in LA, fresh off her trip to the MTV Upfronts in NYC Thursday night. This girl is used to globe-trotting by now, and we doubt she let a little jet lag slow her down since Friday was Audrina's 23rd birthday.

MTV Networks held their Upfront Presentation in NYC yesterday, bringing out some of our favorite stars from their stations. Of course it wouldn't be an MTV event without a representative from The Hills, and their alpha starlet Lauren Conrad was happy to oblige. On the Comedy Central side of things, Sarah Silverman straddled Chris Rock on the red carpet while Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart enjoyed some Doritos on stage. John Legend performed and even Justin Timberlake made an appearance.
